    Orders may be shipped within 1-5 weeks. We appreciate your patience and support with the start of VIDENI. We promise to prioritize the shipping of your product! If you are having problems with the delivery of your product after shipping please contact your local mailing service.

  • Refund/Exchange

    To make sure our customers are 100% satisfied with their product we will accept exchanges for defective products. To exchange an item the tag must still be attached, the item must be unused with no emission of an odor. We will accept refunds if products are defective.
